Fall Dollar Days - September 21st & 22nd, 2010

Are you ready?! Clear your calendars and take off of work (or take a long lunch break!). It's that time of year again! Our biggest sale and most popular event will be here soon! Just a reminder of our special hours: we will be open Tuesday from 8am-9pm and Wednesday from 9am-9pm. 

If you would like to place special orders during dollar days, please come in and pick up a yellow "Special Order" sheet and hand it in to us during dollar days only. We cannot accept any before or after the sale. We will have these sheets available a week before the sale. You may also acquire this sheet during the sale and fill it out while you shop.   Remember, special orders are FULL CASES ONLY!

We have been receiving some emails with a few questions and we'd like to clarify some things for you:

-A "dollar over cost" means that if we pay a distributor $6.33 for a bottle of wine, the dollar day price will be $7.33.  Usually that bottle would retail for about $9.99.  A general rule: the more expensive the item at the retail price, the more money you will save.

-We do not post any of our prices anywhere.  It would be impossible to create a list of all of our items and accurately maintain it.

-We can not give out prices before the sale.  Our cost changes month to month.  Therefore, if we quote you a dollar days price today, we may be wrong when it comes to the day of the sale.

-Dollar days is Tues Sept 21st and Wed Sept 22nd.  If you're placing a special order (which must consist of full cases only), you can only do so during these two days.  There is no "mixing" of different bottles to create a "full case."  A full case consists of all of the same items.  After you've handed in your special order form, you must wait until Oct 5th to call us and pick up your order.

-If you are interested in placing a special order, we will have the yellow order forms available for pick-up in our store starting Tuesday, Sept 7th.

During Dollar Days we have a little thing we like to call a "special order." If you'd like us to order you a case (or multiple cases) of wine or liquor we would be more than happy to do it! We ask that you come during the sale (or a few days before) and pick up a YELLOW special order form. If you pick up one of these sheets before the sale, we'd really appreciate it if you'd hang on to it until the two days of the sale... you can hand it in then, not before, PLEASE! Here are the rules:

**Remember special orders are full cases only!

**Our dollar days prices are so low, we can only accept cash, check and debit cards, just like during the two day sale.

**All special orders are subject to availability!

**Orders need to be picked up between October 5th and October 13th. After Oct 13th everything is returned to regular stock at regular prices. If we can’t fill your order by the 13th (because of items being out of stock or the distributor can't get it here in time) then we will be unable to fill your order and we do apologize, but it is out of our control.

**Please call us at least 1-2 hours before you plan to pick up your order
-- This allows us time to have your order ready when you arrive!
-- And there is absolutely no way we could call over 500 people, this makes it easier on us, and we hope you understand!
